EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR UTILIZING PLASMA NITRIDING FACILITY ON GOCO (PPP) MODE OPERATION

AIC-Plasmatech Innovation Foundation invites application from Startups, MSMEs& Companies/Industries for Expression-of-Interest (EOI) for utilisation, Operation & Maintenance of Plasma Nitriding facility developed by Institute of Plasma Research (IPR) on Public Private Partnership PPP mode i.e. ‘Government Owned Company Operated (GOCO) Mode’. 1.EOI Submission Start Date & Time –16^thJan-2025, 10:00 hrs.

2. Scope Appraisal Meeting Date, Time &Venue:

Date: 28^thJan-2025,

Time:10:00 hrs. – 13:30 hours

Venue:Facilitation Centre for Industrial Plasma Technologies(FCIPT),A-10/B, G.I.D.C. Electronics Estate, Sector 25, Gandhinagar, Gujarat-382016

Note:                                                                                                                                  1) This meeting is non-mandatory and is aimed to give a brief overview of the PN facility being floated under GOCO Mode to all prospective bidders.                                        2) In order to participate in this scope appraisal meeting, interested bidders (companies/startups) need to send email to ptts@ipr.res.in on or before 24^thJan 2025, 5.00 pm. The details to be mentioned in email are as follows: Name of the Company, name of the visitors, their designation and contact details. This is required for administrative reasons. The visitors will need to carry valid Govt. photo ID proof (e.g. Aadhaar card/Driving license etc.) for gate entry permissions.

3.EOI Submission Due Date & Time –17^thFeb-2025, 17:00 hrs. The bids have to be physically submitted at the address mentioned in the EoI.

4.Bid Opening (Technical-cum-Commercial) Date, Time & Venue – 18^thFeb-2025, 10:00 hrs. at Institute For Plasma Research (IPR) Bhat Village, Near Indira Bridge Gandhinagar,Gujarat-382428
